Return & Exchange Policy

At The Lettered, we want you to love every piece you order.
If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and transparent.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Customized or altered pieces are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at thelettered.eg@gmail.com within the 14-day period.

  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return/exchange.

  3. We’ll arrange a pick-up or provide the return shipping address.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • You can exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability).

  • If the item requested is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund.

Defective/Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will prioritize your replacement.
