At The Lettered, we want you to love every piece you order.
If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and transparent.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Customized or altered pieces are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process

Contact our customer service team at thelettered.eg@gmail.com within the 14-day period.

Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return/exchange.

We’ll arrange a pick-up or provide the return shipping address.
Refunds

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

You can exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability).

If the item requested is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund.
Defective/Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will prioritize your replacement.
